چکیده
Abstract The aim of the study was to test in vitro and vivo efficacy triazoles biocontrol agents (BCAs) against Fusarium proliferatum F. oxysporum , former signaled as main causal agent garlic dry rot latter also involved. In trials were organized using potato dextrose agar with added chemicals or BCAs inoculated selected . Garlic cloves dipped before sowing suspensions prepared fungicides showing best performances vitro; then they Fusaria suspension sowing. trials, maximum growth inhibition performed by Propiconazole + Prochloraz (100%), followed Tebuconazole (88.9%). showed great capacity control Fusaria, a 80% ( Trichoderma harzianum T. gamsii ) bacterial similar compared chemical products (mean severity index 18.6% 11.7%, respectively). results confirmed performances, except for which had worst vivo. Therefore, are preliminary but promising future field application.

Background and objectives: Pterocarya fraxinifolia Lam. is a deciduous, fast-growing tree from walnut family. The stem barks and fruits of the plant have been used as diaphoretic in traditional medicine. Variation in the quantity and quality of the essential oil and extract of stems of the plant at different developmental stages was evaluated in addition to assessing t...

BACKGROUND This study aimed to develop a biocontrol system for ginseng root rot caused by Fusarium cf. incarnatum. METHODS In total, 392 bacteria isolated from ginseng roots and various soils were screened for their antifungal activity against the fungal pathogen, and a bacterial isolate (B2-5) was selected as a promising candidate for the biocontrol because of the strong antagonistic activit...
متن کاملCrop management effect on chemical and biological properties of soil
This study was aimed at evaluating the effect of crop rotation and various tillage systems onthe chemical and biological properties of soil in the years 2013-2015. The first order factorincluded cropping systems: a) crop rotation (pea – winter wheat – spring wheat) and b)monoculture of winter wheat, whereas the second order factor were tillage systems:1) conventional (CT), 2) reduced (RT) and 3...
متن کاملSeptins are involved at the early stages of macroautophagy
Autophagy is a conserved cellular degradation pathway where in a double membrane vesicle, called as an autophagosome captures long lived proteins, damaged or superfluous organelles and delivers to lysosome for degradation 8 . We have identified a novel role for septins in autophagy. Septins are GTP binding proteins that localize at the bud-neck and are involved in cytokinesis in budding yeast. ...
